Whosayna’s Pepper Steak topped with Mushroom Sauce

Marinate the fillet slices in ingredients written for 3 or more hours
Then fry in 3-4 tablespoon of butter and oil or margarine.
Fry on high flame till it's browned up, can lower flame and cook. Remove on platter. - 2
Now braise mushrooms in butter till they are browned up. Remove in a plate and keep aside. Use same pan you fried steak, if it has extra oil can remove little (using same pan because we need the browned up steak crumbs to make sauce scrumptious). Put all ingredients of sauce in the pan.

Keep on flame and stir continously till it's thickens a little. Add fried mushroom slices. Add chopped parsley and pour on fried steak platter.
