Mix the water, salt, sugar and oil and stir using a cooking stick

Add the flour stirring with the stick, because the water is hot you might burn your hands.

Continue add the flour slowly until the stick can work well. By now you can be able to touch the flour with your hands. Knead the mixture to make a soft dough.

Cover and let it rest for an hour.

Knead again and sprinkle some flour, coz the dough might be alittle sticky. Roll in one big circular dough,apply the oil all over, slice into strips and roll into small 60 gms balls.

Heat your pan and proceed to roll piece in a small circle, place into the pan to brown. Brown both sides before you put very little oil, to get the golden Brown.

Continue with all the other pieces and put the cooked chapati covered in a hot pot, lined with serviettes..
