Take a bowl and put refined flour, salt, sugar, active yeast and 2 teaspoons melted butter and mix well.

Make soft dough with lukewarm milk

Cover with cling sheet for 2 hours.

After 2 hours mash the dough again and divide in four parts. Make a thin roti with each part.

Apply butter on this chapati and put onions, chopped coriander, chilli flake, salt on it.

Now roll it to make a roll.

Make a ball with this and press with hand to make a chapati shape

Now preheat your oven on 160° and put this qatlama in oven for 10 mins. After 10 mins take this roasted qatlama out from oven. Serve hot.
