Ingredients

  1. 4-5Brown bread
  2. 2Boiled potatoes
  3. as neededOil to fry
  4. to tasteSalt red chilli
  5. to tastecoriander and black pepper
  6. 1/2 bowlsemolina
  7. 1 bowlgram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    MCut bread slices of any shape.on other side make a thick paste of besan. Add a little amount of suji in it. Thn add salt and other spices.

  2. 2

    Mash potato and make a paste. Add ol spices in it.

  3. 3

    Take one slice and spread potato paste. Cover it with another slice. U can also make 4layered bread pakora.

  4. 4

    Cover this bread with thick besan layer and deep fry..

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce
