Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsplight soy sauce
  2. 1level tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  3. 2 tspwhite wine vinegar
  4. 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 1 tspChinese five spice
  6. 4chicken breasts, thinly slices
  7. 400 gmixed stir fry vegetables

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the soy sauce, chilli sauce, wine vinegar, garlic and five spice powder in a wide bowl. Add the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

    Spray a large wok with low calorie cooking spray and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Serve either on its own or with rice or noodles.
