This is a Slimming World recipe at half a syn per portion and I can highly recommended it! Makes 4 servings
Steps

Mix the soy sauce, chilli sauce, wine vinegar, garlic and five spice powder in a wide bowl. Add the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

Spray a large wok with low calorie cooking spray and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Serve either on its own or with rice or noodles.
