  • Halfkg ndegu
  • Red pepper
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Let your onions fry till golden brown under low heat

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and cover with a lid

  3. 3

    Add the red pepper and stir using a widen spoon

  4. 4

    Add the boiled ndegu and stir

  5. 5

    Add water and let it cook for like 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with chapos or rice
