Make a semi soft dough of wheat flour with carrot juice (2 Cups flour) same with spinach paste add garlic paste,green chilli paste, ajwain,and dhaniya powder.Make one part wheat flour dough

First roll plane dough,2nd roll carrot juice dough,3rd roll spinach flour dough

Cut in small sizes ball,flatten and fry in oil

Roll like chapati stacking one over another.Now give a cylindrical shape and cut small pieces from it.

Health and tasty puri is ready to eat with sauce or mango pickle
