To make Kashmiri DumAloo we have take 20 small Potatoes for guests 5 to 7.We have to first boil them.After boiling we will peel of its covering then we take toothpick to do small pricking in Potatoes so that salt go inside the Potatoes.After doing this we deep fry them in Mustard oil till it's get good brown colour and while frying Potatoes we will keep aside salty water coz while we put little salty water in Potatoes which we are fry while ur Potatoes are frying take small quantity of dahi in

When Potatoes are fried take utensil put oil in it add hing ; Zeera and dahi picture in it and you can also put khara marsala in it like cinnamon star anus when dahi mixture properly done then u can add fried Potatoes init then put salt according to ur taste Kashmiri mirch for colour dhaniya sauf added litter bit khewara for nice aroma

Or according to ur wish u can also add mashed almonds also.after this add little water.put on fire till our Potatoes are properly cooked.After when ur Dum Also is cooked u can put mashed cardamon in it and cover it.And girls air Kashmiri Dum aloo is cooked
