Wash spinach

Boil water add spinach for 1 minute.

Take leaves from hot water to cool water.

Take it out after couple of minute.

Paste the half leaves with green chilli and chopped other one.

Chop the onion... Garlic

Take a vessle add some ghee add chop onion saute it.

Add tomato and all spices in it than add chopped spinach in it.

After couple of minute add paste of spinach in it boil for a minute.

Now add cream in it off the flame.

Now take another small vessle add ghee jeera red chilli and lots of chopped garlic in it.

Put this in spinach sabji.

The garlicky spinach is ready to eat.
