Take tapioca soak it for 2 hr. Till double in size.

Take a bowl add tapioca,mashed potato,garlic,almond,greenchilly,bathua,salt,redchilly powder mix it well.

Now make small tikkies and roll it in til. Fry it.(you can do it in appam,airfrier ur wish)

For beetroot sauce-take 1 tomato,1/2 beetroot,2 claves garlic,2 whole red chilli,salt saute in the pan till soft.

Now grind it with little water.

Now take a pan add oil,1/4 tsp sarson seeds and mixture cook for 5 min. Now add 1 tsp mayonnaise. Beetroot chutney ready to serve.

Assembling-add chutney on the bottom add tikki top up with crispy spinach.
