Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 piece of feta.
  1. 1 sheetphyllo dough
  2. 1 piecefeta cheese (about 1/2 inch thick)
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 2 tablespoonshoney (thyme)
  5. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  6. 1/2 tablespoonvinegar
  7. 2 teaspoonswater

Cooking Instructions

    First, take the phyllo dough and cut it in half. Then place the feta in the middle and fold it like an envelope.

    Next, place the wrapped feta pieces in the freezer for about 1 to 1.5 hours.

    Once they are frozen, take your pan, add the oil over low heat, and add the feta. Cook until it is golden on all sides and cooked through.
