Steps

Add baking powder, baking soda,vineager, condensed milk, refined oil, sugar powder, coco powder & coffee powder in the maida and sieve it.

Now add some milk in it and make it's batter.

Now bake it in oven for about 20 to 30 min on 180 C.

Put whipped cream in piping bag and do decoration. Then spread grated dark chocolate on top of it.

Now place cherry on top of it for decoration.
