So my phone dropped inside water trying to get the perfect picture,i lost all the preparation method pictures i took🙁 finally took this with my sister's phone.

So my phone dropped inside water trying to get the perfect picture,i lost all the preparation method pictures i took🙁 finally took this with my sister's phone.

Steps

Wash your already butchered and cut meat.
Pour in a pot, add your diced onion, pepper,season cubes, salt and pepper soup spices.
Mix everything together with your hand and place on fire.
Allow to cook for about 15mins and add more water.
Peel your yam and slice in small portions. Pour into the boiling meat and leave - 2
To cook till its done.Taste to adjust seasons and then lastly add your scent leaves and stir together.Your Ukodo is done.
