1.3eggs
2.salt
3.one small onion

In a bowl, put sliced onions

Beat the eggs and mix with the onions
3

Add a pinch of salt
4

Mix it well
5

On a frying pan put two spoons of cooking oil
6

Let it heat for 3 seconds on a low heat
7

Add your egg mixture to the heated oil while spreading it round
8

In two minutes it is ready
