First of all wash the poha softly.

Then add 1 tbs sugar to it and keep it aside.
Now take a pan,add 4 tbsp oil in it.

Then fry the peanut in the oil until it become light brown.
Take out the peanut on a paper

Now fry the potatoes,fry it until become golden brown.
Then put mustard seeds,onion,green chilli in the oil and saute for 5 min.

Add peanut and potatoes then add all spices.
Add lemon juice and then put poha into it.
mix well.
Garnishing it with coriander leaves.
Healthy breakfast is ready.
