Green Pav Bhaji

This winter enjoy the pav bhaji with all the healthy greens
Steps

Grind Spinach and Fenugreek leaves to smooth paste

Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

Add onions and green chilli. Saute for 4-5 minutes

Add pureed tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add ground green paste and mix well

Add boiled veggies, 1/2 cup water and mix well. Mash them slightly

Add pav bhaji masala, salt and 2 tablespoons butter. Mix well

Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally

Slice buns without cutting it completely, toast them with butter on hot tawa. Serve hot green pav bhaji with onions and lemon wedges
