First soak the rice in water for 20 minutes, then filter it.

Then in pan do the dry roast of rice and grind it in the grinder as a smooth powder.

Then add little grated coconut and allow it for 3 hours.

After 4 hrs, in a pan add water and jagary, make it as a thick syrup. Then add the grinder powder and cook for 10 minutes. Add fried cashew nuts. This puttu is ready to taste.
