Ingredients

  • 2 CupsBoiled Rice
  • 1 CupChopped Onion
  • 1 CupChopped Tomato
  • 100 gramsGreen Peas
  • 1/2 Cupsliced Beans
  • 50 gramsRoasted Peanuts
  • 1 SpoonCumin Seeds
  • 4 Cloves(Whole)
  • 4Cardamom (Whole)
  • 4-5Green Chillies
  • 1 Tea SpoonTurmeric Powder
  • 3 SpoonsMustard Oil
  • as neededCommon Salt
  • SomeGreen Coriander Leaves (fresh)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a frying pan on flame and add oil. Crush the cumins, cloves & cardamoms and add it to the hot oil. Stir for few secs and add green chillies and onion. Stir this for few mins until the onion turns brownish...

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, beans, peas and turmeric powder.Add salt to taste. Mix it well and allow it to cook (5-7 mins)

  3. 3

    Add rice to this mixture and mix it well.Stir it for 1-2 mins to remove the excess water in the rice.

  4. 4

    Add the roasted peanuts, mix it and remove it from the flame. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.Of course, with a smile.
