In a bowl put green peas,& spinich.

Drain the water.squse it.

Mash it coarsely.add mashed yam.

In a heat pan add 1 tsp butter,.

Put green chilli & cumin seeds, crackle it.add Ginger,garlic paste.

Add all mashed things in it.fry it 2 miniutes.

Add all spices in it.add makki flour,black salt, white salt.make it like a dough.

Remove it from the flame,keep it a side.

Make balls from this dough.

Whole in the center in this balls.

Mix all filling together & put it in the whole.

Griend coarsely roasted chane & poppy seeds.

Roll the stuffed kebab in this grinded mixture.flat it litte.

In a Heat pan add butter.

Put all kebab in it.bake it in medium flame crispy.

Take it out from the pan.

Serve it hot _hot with green spicy chuteny & onion ring.

It is a great combination in this winter.crunchy & stuffed kebab.
