Ingredients

12 servings

3 lbschicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 lbsbacon, cut slices in half
2 Cbrown sugar
3 Tbspchili powder
1 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Dredge chicken in mix.

Wrap chicken with bacon. Use a toothpick to secure bacon around chicken.

Roll the pieces in the mix again.

Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place chicken pieces on this and cover with foil.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. If grilling, grill for 18-23 minutes.

Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired. I feel they are perfect without these.
