Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgbeef
  • 1onion
  • 1capsicum
  • Bunchcoriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1fresh lemon
  • 4 table spooncooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan with water,addbthe chopped beef,salt,garam masala,black pepper then heat it till its tender

  2. 2

    Once drained,add cooking oil then saute it to golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onion,capsicum and fry them.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle your chopped coriander on top

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ugali
