Steps

Wash the pork and boil with salt till it is soft

Brown the pork with the fat it produces

Slice onions,add and cook them to golden brown

Add tomatoes and let them cook till soft

Add lemon juice or a lid of vinegar

Add a pinch of Royco powder and stir

Add sliced dhania and let it simmer for 5 mins

Serve it with Ugali or any other accompaniment.
