Ingredients

  • 2potato diced
  • 1 bunchmethi chopped
  • 1 inchchopped ginger
  • 2 tspmustrad oil
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 cupfresh peas
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadayi add sarson oil.heat it till smoky pont switch off the gas.

  2. 2

    Now add zeera,ginger saute for a min add potato,peas and cover it for 5 min. Now add methi leaves and now dont cover it.keep it on simmer gas.

  3. 3

    After potato gets soft now add all the seasoning. Ready to eat.
