Steps

Parboil the rice wash and rinse.

Wash the veggies all....grate pepper and tomatoes, slice the onions, green beans and carrot keep it all aside.

In a pot add groundnut oil,when hot add sliced onions stir and add the gratted pepper,tomatoes and tomato paste stir it for 4-5mins.

Add water,salt,seasoning cube and spices stir it well and cover the pot..... bring the water to boil.
Add the parboiled rice stir and cover the pot. When the rice is about to be done,, add carrot, green beans and onion stir well and cover the pot and allow the rice to cook. - 5
When the rice is well done and soft off the flame.

Wash and peel the Irish,slice it season with salt and fry till slightly golden brown

For the scramble egg
Breaks the egg,add onions grated pepper, salt, seasoning cube and whisk it very well. - 8
Place the pan on fire add little oil to the pan... pour the egg mixture do not stir it for 30s..after 30s then stir it...keep stirring till the egg is well done.

Serve the rice with Irish potato, scramble egg and garnish with cucumber.
