Roast rice flour for 5 min in low flame. keep aside cool completely

In a pan add 1.25cup water, oil, salt bring to boil

Add the rice flour, then mix well

Cover and rest for 5 min

Mix well when it still warm, knead dough when it is still warm

Punch and knead dough, until soft and non sticky

Make balls and roll

30 sec of each side then flip again and press side till puff.
