Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 1/2 cupchopped Capsicums
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  • 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cupchopped beans
  • 1/4 cupchopped spring onions
  • 2-3green chillies Sliced
  • 1/4 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add garlic stir for a while add onion cook for a minute.

  2. 2

    Add all the vegetables cook on high flame saute continuously till vegetables are cooked.

  3. 3

    Add salt to the vegetables vinegar and soya sauce.

  4. 4

    Add rice to the vegetables mix well cook for a while on low flame.
