Steps

Wash the snails thoroughly and place them in a pot

Season with onions, salt, pepper, seasoning cubes and curry powder

Add some water and put it on fire

Put some pepper and onions in a blender and blend them together.

Place a pot on fire. Once it's dry, add some vegetable oil and allow it to heat for about 60 seconds

Pour in the blended pepper and onions. Stir until the water gets dry

Add some salt, seasoning cubes, blended garlic and ginger, cinnamon and curry powder

Stir well and allow it fry for about 2 minutes

Once your snail is well cooked, drain out the water and pour the snail into the pepper sauce.

Stir well, cover the pan and allow it cook for another 2 minutes.

Turn out the heat, and voilà, your peppered snail is ready for consumption. Enjoy with any drink of your choice
