Ingredients

  • 4-5potatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera/ cumin
  • pinchhing/ asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdhaniya/ coriander powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil
  • 2 tspgreen coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a cooker when heated oil add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add green chilli and spices and roast it.

  2. 2

    Now add cut potatoes and water take 2-3 whistles.

  3. 3

    Remove the lid,add garam masala and green coriander mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with paratha/puri
