1Potato sliced
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1red chilli
1 pinchasafoetida
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspginger paste
1 tbspcoriander powder
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1tomato chopped
2chopped green chillies
2 tbspchopped coconut
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add hing and chopped coconut stir fry well
3

Add ginger paste and saute well
4

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder and saute till oil separates
5

Add Potatoes and peas mix well

Add sugar and roasted masala powder
7

Serve it hot or cool with bread or chapati
