Cut sarso saag batua, spinach and wash 3-4 times.

Now take pressure cooker add all saag, spinach, batua, salt and 1/2 glass water and cooked till 4 whistle.

Heat desi ghee in a pan cooked Garlic, ginger onion, tomato and then add all masale to taste.

Now grind boil saag and add into pan and mix well.

Saag is ready to be served hot with makki ki roti.
