Ingredients

  • 300 gmcolocasia
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1red chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgreen chillies paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add colocasia and potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste salt and turmeric and keep stirring

  4. 4

    Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli powder and saute till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add tomato puree and saute well

  6. 6

    Add water and simmer until it is soft
