Ingredients

  • 100 gmMaize flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededlukewarm water
  • As neededButter
  • As needed Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add maize flour, salt and 1 tsp ghee and knead dough with lukewarm water.

  2. 2

    Now make maki ki roti on your hand apply water or ghee on your hand.

  3. 3

    Apply oil on nonstick tava and cook makki ki roti on both sides like paratha.

  4. 4

    Serve with sarso saag and some butter or tea.
