Ingredients

1 bowlFlour
1/2 cupFenugreek leaves chopped
1 cupBathua boiled
1 choppedOnion
4 boiledPotato
to tasteRed chilli, coriander powder, salt
1 tspJeera
a pinchhing
as needed,oil or ghee

Steps

Take a bowl add flour mix bathua..make dough..rest for 5 minutes

For stuffing take a bowl add boiled potatoes, fenugreek leaves,chilli,onion, salt and all ingredients..mix well

Then stuff in a dough ball and make a parantha...fry on tava from both side
