Ingredients

  • Halfmeasure Tiger nuts
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • PinchSalt
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash tiger nuts and spread to dry

  2. 2

    Fry inside pot on fire then sieve to remove the chap

  3. 3

    Put water on fire

  4. 4

    Add sugar

  5. 5

    Add pinch of salt

  6. 6

    Allow to cook very well until sticky

  7. 7

    Pour tiger nuts and fry until dry.

  8. 8

    Serve cool
