Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh hara chana (green chick peas), soaked
  2. 1 tbspmint leaves (phudina), roughly chopped
  3. 1 tbspcoriander, roughly chopped
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 cupspinach (palak), roughly chopped
  6. 1 tsproasted coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsproasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 2 tbsprice flour
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. oil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend to a coarse mixture. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 equal portions and shape them into flat kebabs.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick tava and and cook a few kebabs at a time till they are golden brown in colour from both the sides.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with chutney, chat masala or tomato ketchup.
