Turmeric Curry is a traditional recipe of Rajasthan served in special ocassion like marriages and parties. Turmeric is hot in tendency and is used to cure cold and joint pains that takes place during winners.
Steps

Wash the turmeric pieces, dry the water with cloth, peel them and then grate them in a bowl.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the turmeric on medium heat till it turns golden brown. Take out turmeric from the pan and keep aside.

Now tamper the cumin seeds asafoetida into the remaining ghee.

Once cumin splutter add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.

Add spring onion green garlic and boiled peas fried turmeric and saute well.

Add curd and cook till it starts to boil.

Add red chilli powder coriander cumin powder garam masala powder and salt and mix well and cook till ghee starts to float at the top.

Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Turmeric Curry is ready. Serve it with naan, chapati and rice.
