Mix sugar with the batter in a bowl

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add to the sugar batter mixture

Add 3 glasses of self raising floor and mix untill smooth. Add the orange juice and peelings and fold into the batter

Light your jiko, and remove 3/4 of the burning charcoal and put it in a kifuniko. Arrange 3 small stones at the bottom of a big sufuria. Put the sufuria with the batter inside the big sufuria. Cover with the kifuniko.And bake for 40-50 minutes
