Among bengali kochuri is a very well known item... Peas kochuri.. Hing kochuri.. Daal kochuri.. So i also tried to make kochuri..
Steps

Boil the fish with a pinch of salt and take out the bones

Add oil to the heated kadai.. Add the chopped onion.. Ginger garlic paste.. Saute till translucent

Add all the dry spices.. Mix well.. Add the fish.. smash them while mixing.. Add sugar and salt according to taste..

Add chopped chillies and coriander leaves.. Dnt add any water.. Cook till the flavour comes out.. Take out and keep it to cool down..

Now to prepare the dough.. Add oil.. Salt and water to the maida.. prepare a semi soft dough

Take out small portions make cups to fill in the fish mixture.. Close the cups properly.. Make round flat balls and flatten them like kochuri with rolling pins..

Heat oil in a kadai.. Add the kochuri to fry.. Serve them hot
