Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 50 gmsjaggery soaked in water
  • 2 teaspoonbutter for moyan
  • for fryingbutter
  • 1 teaspoonfennel seeds
  • 1/2 cupdessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoonsshrikhand
  • 1 teaspoonmakhan mishri
  • 1 teaspoongulkand

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add melted jaggery water, flour, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, dessicated coconut and butter and some water. and make a dough.

    And allow rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Divide in small balls and roll it like a puri.

    Now take a pan and shallow fry all roti in low flame in both sides.till light brown.

    Now take a serving plate add meethi roti and pour shrikhand and another in makhan mishri and last one is garnisheed with gulkand.
