Ingredients

  1. Recipe: 1kg wheat flour. 3 tbs blueband. 1 tbs.yeast
  2. 7 tbssugar
  3. Sim sim

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let it rise for 1 hr.

  3. 3

    Cut into desired ball size.

  4. 4

    Arrange in a baking tray and let it rise for 40 mins.

  5. 5

    Apply egg wash and sprinkle simsim.

  6. 6

    Bake for 40 minutes.
