First take a bowl add daal, salt and little black pepper mix it well

Now take a other bowl and add all veggie and spices mix it.

Now take a pan heat it and add little oil and spread the daal on thicker..like a pizza..

Now light roast it...turn it and again light roast it other side...on slow flame..

Now flipped and cut in middle and spread all veggie properly and put cheese slices in litt pieces.and covered it.

And Toast again for 2-3 mins...

Now moong daal veggie stuffed cheela is ready....
