Cut brinjal in chips shape.

Now mix all other ingredients other than oil and make batter.

Now dip all brinjal in it.

Now heat oil and add 1)2 tsp lukewarm oil in batter and mix well.

Now fry brinjal chips one by one till it turns out crispy and golden in colour from both sides.

Serve hot and yummy beguni.
