Ingredients

1 bowlsteamed cabbage & peas
2Potatoes cut into cubes
1 cupginger coconut and tomato paste
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/4 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee
1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

1

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf.

Add Potatoes and saute well.
3

Add paste saute well along with salt and turmeric powder.
4

Add red chilli Powder and cumin powder,steamed cabbage and peas.
5

Saute well,add sugar and ghee.
6

It is ready to serve.
