Steps

Mix the 1 tbsp of sugar & yeast soak in 1/2 cup of luke warm water for 15 mins

Mix the dry ings except for the cocoa

Add the oil,mix well.

Add the yeast mixture & bind with milk. Can add water if more liquid is needed.

Knead well. Let this rest for 1&1/2 hr.

Knock it or punch it after 45 mins.

Now divide the the dough into 2 equal parts.

In one part add the cocoa powder,you can use a little milk to bring it together

Now take a muffin tray. Make equal sizes ballof white & brown dough

Using a pastry brush, grease the tray well with oil.

Put 2 each of the ball & let this rise for 20 mins

Now bake @160°c for 15 mins till done

Once all are baked arrange on a rack & serve
