Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlchopped muli ke patte(Radish leaves)
  2. 1 bowlbesan(roasted gram flour)
  3. 1 tspcrushed green chilli & garlic
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 bowlwheat flour
  8. as neededWater
  9. as neededOil for paratha
  10. 2 tsp oil for stuffing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt & water. And make a roti dough.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan. Add 2 spn oil and let it warm then add garlic and green chilli paste.

  3. 3

    Then add turmeric powder. Then add muli ke patte and salt as per taste. Cover the pan for 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Now add gram flour and red chilli powder. Mix well. Cover for another 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Your stuffing is ready.

    Now take a dough. And make a roll.

  7. 7

    Stuffed the muli ke patto ka masala.

  8. 8

    Now take tawa. And roast the paratha on it. Roast one side than another side. Than brush the oil and roast the parathas.

    Serve with haldi ka achar and ketchup.

    We can also serve with dahi.
