900 gall purpose flour
100 gself raising flour
1n 1/2 cup milk
300 gmelted butter
250 gsugar
6eggs
Oil to fry

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients and put aside.mix all the wet ingredients and mix with the dry ingredients and make a firm dough

Wrap the dough nicely to proof

After 15 minutes cut the dough and make as shown
4

Cut into small pieces
5

Heat the oil as you cut
6

Fry and serve with tea
