Ingredients

  1. 1-2rotisserie chicken (shredded off the bone)
  2. 8-16 ozsour cream
  3. 1-2 canscream of chicken soup
  4. 1/2 bottleof a 2 liter Sprite
  5. to tasteSalt & pepper
  6. 3-4 sleevesRitz crackers
  7. Butter
  8. 1/4 cuppoppyseeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Shred chicken off the bone.

  3. 3

    Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, & Sprite. Mix until well blended.

  4. 4

    Add the shredded chicken and be sure well mixed.

  5. 5

    Pour into a casserole dish (sprayed with Pam). Cook at 350 for about 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Crush ritz in a bowl add the poppyseeds and mix.

  7. 7

    Put ritz over the chicken mixture and melt just about 1/4 cup butter & drizzle over ritz.

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 until ritz is brown.
