Ingredients

  • 200 gmsBlack chole boied
  • 20 gmsonion chooped
  • 10 gmstomatoes chooped
  • 1green chilies chooped
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoongaram masala powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander powder
  • 1 tablespoonChana masala powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/5 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1/5 table spoonmustard seeds
  • 1bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil when heat oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds bay leaf when all seeds crackles add onion.

  2. 2

    Mix properly and now mix boiled Chana and mix it and cook 10 minutes and garnish with Coriander leaves.
