In a kadai, add ghee, when it melts add gram flour.

Roast it over a low flame till the gram flour becomes brown.

Prepare sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency with 250 grams sugar in almost 25 gm of water.

Add roasted besan and mix evenly.

Grease a plate with little ghee and add gram flour over it.

You can add chop almonds for garnishing if you wish.

Cut it when it gets cooled.
