Wash and cut the ponmo into smaller pieces. Put on in a pot, add onions, seasoning cubes, salt and other spices and boil for few minutes. Drain the water and set aside

Put another pot on heat source, add oil.when the oil is hot, add the chopped spring onions, leave for about 2minutes, then add the blended Pepper. Add salt, seasoning cubes and other spices. Allow to fry for few minutes. Then pour in the ponmo and stir. Leave on low heat for 3minutes. Take down, serve with any food of your choice. Or just with drink
